HOW TO APPLY AS A COMMERCIAL EXHIBITOR
To be considered for participation, please email the following to boats@woodenboatshow.com:

IMPORTANT GUIDELINES
The Georgetown Wooden Boat Show is dedicated to celebrating craftsmanship, tradition, and maritime heritage. In keeping with the spirit of the event, we are returning to the basics and focusing on exhibits that align with our theme.

Only marine-related vendors, businesses, artists, and craftsmen whose products or services reflect the essence of the show will be considered. All applications are subject to approval by the Wooden Boat Show exhibit committee.

Food vendors are by invitation only from the Wooden Boat Show committee.

Musicians and entertainers are by invitation only from the Wooden Boat Show committee.

Commercial exhibitors may not sell or distribute T-shirts, hats, water, beverages, food, or any items that compete with merchandise sold by the Georgetown Wooden Boat Show.
We appreciate your interest and look forward to showcasing exhibitors who honor the authenticity and tradition of the Georgetown Wooden Boat Show!
REGISTRATION FOR ACCEPTED EXHIBITORS
Exhibitors approved by the Wooden Boat Show exhibit committee will receive an official invitation to register. Registration can be completed online or by mail with a printed registration form and check.
Please Note:
All accepted commercial exhibitors are required to participate on both days of the event.
REGISTRATION FEES
Commercial Exhibitor Fee: $350 (Includes one 10′ x 10′ space)
Optional Add-Ons:

$100 for each additional 10′ x 10′ space

$25 late fee for registration forms and/or payments received after Monday, June 30, 2025
Food Vendor Fee: $500 for both days or $350 for one day (By invitation only)
CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations made after September 12, 2025 will incur a $50 handling fee.

IMPORTANT DATES
Friday, June 6, 2025 – Last day to apply for acceptance.
Friday, June 13, 2025 – Final day for notifications by email of acceptance, denial or wait list status. A registration form will be emailed to accepted exhibitors.
Monday, June 30, 2025 – Deadline to submit registration form and fee. A late fee of $25 will be charged after June 25.
Friday, September 12, 2025 – Last day to cancel or withdraw your registration and receive a full refund. Cancellations after September 13 will be charged a $50 handling fee.
