35th Annual GWBS – October 19 and 20, 2024

HERE’S HOW TO APPLY FOR ACCEPTANCE:

Email five or more photos of the merchandise you plan to sell at this year’s show AND one photo of your booth to: boats@woodenboatshow.com.   Include your name, phone number and a description of your commercial exhibit.

Please note:

  • Only marine vendors, businesses, artists and craftsmen whose products or services are relevant to the theme of the show will be considered for acceptance.  These exhibits require approval by the Wooden Boat Show exhibit committee. 
  • We do not accept food vendors.
  • Commercial exhibitors may not sell or give away T-shirts, hats, water, drinks, food or anything that competes with food and merchandise sold by the Georgetown Wooden Boat Show.

ACCEPTED EXHIBITORS WILL RECEIVE A REGISTRATION FORM
Accepted exhibitors will be emailed an invitation to register for the show.  You can choose to register and pay online or print the registration form and submit it by mail with a check.
Accepted commercial exhibitors are expected to stay BOTH days.


REGISTRATION FEES:

The Commercial Exhibitor Fee is $275 and includes:

  • $250 for a 10′ x 10′ space.  

Optional Fees:

  • $100 for each additional 10′ x 10′ space.

Late Registration / Late Payment Fee

  • A late fee of $25 will be added for registration forms and/or payments received after Friday, August 23, 2024. 

Cancellation Fee

  • Cancellations after September 13, 2024 will be charged a $50 handling fee.  

IMPORTANT DATES 

Friday, August 2, 2024 – Last day to apply for acceptance.  

Friday, August 9, 2024 – Final day for notifications by email of acceptance, denial or wait list status.  A registration form will be emailed to accepted exhibitors.

Friday, August 23, 2024 – Deadline to submit registration form and fee.  A late fee of $25 will be charged after August 25. 

Friday, September 13, 2024 – Last day to cancel or withdraw your registration and receive a full refund.  Cancellations after September 13 will be charged a $50 handling fee.
