Educational Exhibitors may:

• Display educational exhibits and interactive activities.
• Distribute brochures, handouts, and other informational literature related to their organization’s mission.
• Discuss their programs, services, volunteer opportunities, and educational offerings.

Educational Exhibitors may NOT:

• Sell or give away T-shirts, hats, clothing, water, drinks, or food.
• Solicit or accept donations, memberships, or sponsorships during the event.
• Conduct raffles, drawings, or fundraising activities.
• Distribute items unrelated to their educational mission.

Exhibitors must furnish their own tents, signage, tables, chairs, etc.
Tents must be free standing, with or without sides. For safety reasons, tie down lines cannot extend past your space.

REGISTRATION FOR ACCEPTED EXHIBITORS

Exhibitors approved by the Wooden Boat Show committee will receive an official invitation to register. Registration can be completed online or by mail with a printed registration form and check.

Please Note:
All accepted educational exhibitors are required to participate on both days of the event.

REGISTRATION FEES

Educational Exhibitor Fee: $50 non-refundable fee (Includes one 10′ x 10′ space) Exhibitors must furnish their own tents, signage, tables, chairs, etc.
Tents must be free standing, with or without sides. For safety reasons, tie down lines cannot extend past your space.
